About this service

SATs & Sorcery (satsrevision.com) is a KS2 SATs revision platform operated by StationX Limited (Company Number: 3773082). The service provides practice questions, progress tracking, and gamification features to help children prepare for their SATs.

Alpha software

This software is currently in alpha preview and is available by invitation only to pre-approved users and organisations. The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Features may be added, changed, or removed without notice. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the service during the alpha period.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. For child accounts, the parent, guardian, or teacher who created the account is responsible for its use. You must not share login credentials with anyone other than the intended user.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
  • Share or distribute content from the service without permission
  • Use automated tools to access the service (other than normal browser use)
  • Interfere with the operation of the service

Intellectual property

All content, design, and software comprising SATs & Sorcery is the property of StationX Limited. SATs questions are sourced from publicly available past papers published by the Standards and Testing Agency (STA). The STA does not endorse or sponsor this service.

All rights are reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without prior written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StationX Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for access to the service.

This service is a revision aid and is not a substitute for classroom teaching. We make no guarantee of any specific educational outcome or SATs result.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. During the alpha period, the service may be discontinued entirely.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
